- PayPal の手数料はかかりますか？: いいえ。PayPal 決済手数料は当社負担（0％）です。クレジットカード決済でも手数料負担なくお支払いいただけます（銀行振込も可。ただし銀行振込の手数料はお客様負担となります）。
- 梱包・発送手数料はかかりますか？: いいえ。梱包・発送手数料は不要（¥0）です。当社が検品・最適化梱包を行います。
- 為替レートはどのように計算されますか？: 人民元（CNY）から日本円の両替は、三菱UFJ銀行の最新公示TTSレート＋1元あたり1.5円で計算します。原則、銀行営業日の11時30分（日本時間）に更新し、更新前・銀行休業日・取得できない場合は直前の適用レートを使用します。
